Shipping Policy

Studio Delta P accepts online orders to shipping address within the USA and internationally. The jewelry and art pieces are custom fabricated to order. So, please allow up to 21 days from the time we receive your order(s) to complete delivery.

 

For each address within the United States, the following method apply:

  • Order under $300: Standard ground shipping with a flat rate of $9.99.

  • Order above $300: Standard ground shipping, free of Charge.

For international order(s), the following method apply:

  • Order under $500: Standard ground shipping with a flat rate of $14.99.

  • Order above $500: Standard ground shipping, free of Charge.

Return & Exchange Policy

Studio Delta P follows the return and exchange as described below:

Return and exchange are accepted for non-gold products and art pieces within 7 days following delivery.

For gold product and art pieces, Studio Delta P offers exchange or store credit within 7 days following delivery. 

Please email us on contact@studiodeltap.com for assist with return and exchange.

Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive your returned order(s) to processed. 

Sample Request

Customer can orders 3D printed plastic of sample on selected products. In order to reduce any back and forth on shipping, customer can keep the samples
